    Review & Editorial Process

    All manuscripts undergo:

    1. Initial editorial screening for quality, scope, and
      plagiarism check.
    2. Double-blind peer review by subject experts.
    3. Final decision by the editorial board based on
      reviewers’ feedback.

    Initial Editorial Screening

evaluated by the editorial team to determine whether it aligns with the
journal’s scope, thematic focus, and formatting requirements. At this stage,
the paper is also subjected to a plagiarism detection process using reliable
    software (e.g., Turnitin or similar
    tools)
to ensure the originality of the content. Submissions that do not meet the
minimum originality threshold or fall outside the thematic focus of the journal
will not be considered for further review.

    Double-Blind Peer Review

    Manuscripts
that pass the initial screening are then assigned to at least two anonymous
reviewers through a double-blind peer review process. This means that the
identities of both the authors and reviewers are concealed from each other,
ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation.

    Reviewers
are selected based on their expertise in the subject matter relevant to the
manuscript. They are asked to evaluate the submission on several key criteria,
    including:

    · Originality
    and contribution to the field

    · Theoretical
    and methodological soundness

    · Clarity
    and coherence of arguments

    · Relevance
of references and engagement with existing literature

    · Quality
    of language and academic writing

    Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial board will make a decision regarding the publication of the manuscript. The decision will fall under one of the following four categories:

    a. Accept without any revision

The paper is ready for publication in its current form and meets all scholarly
    standards.

  • Upon submission, each manuscript is first

  • a. Accept with minor revisions

The paper is accepted on the condition that the author(s) make minor editorial or structural improvements as suggested by the reviewers.

    b. Accept with major revisions

The paper has potential for publication but requires significant revision in terms of argumentation, structure, or supporting evidence. The revised paper may be subjected to a second round of peer review.

    c. Reject

The submission is not suitable for publication, either due to a lack of
originality, relevance, or failure to meet academic standards.

    Post-Review Process

Authors will receive comprehensive feedback from reviewers and editors, including specific suggestions for improvement. We encourage authors to engage critically with the feedback and resubmit within the stipulated deadline if revisions are requested.

Accepted papers may require minor or major revisions before publication.
