Vision:<\/strong>
\nTo establish a premier international platform rooted in Bangla literature for practicing, comparing, translating, and disseminating knowledge in Comparative Literature; to uplift the unique voice of Bangla literature globally while fostering cross-cultural literary dialogues and advancing human welfare through education, research, and publication.<\/p>\n

Missions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Promote Comparative Literature scholarship in Bangladesh and globally, especially works that compare Eastern and Western literary cultures.<\/li>\n
  2. Facilitate translation of Bangla literature into other languages and vice versa.<\/li>\n
  3. Organize conferences, seminars, workshops, and symposia on themes such as gender spectrum, historical disparities of women in literature, identity, diaspora, etc.<\/li>\n
  4. Publish books, peer-reviewed journal(s), websites, and other media to disseminate research in Comparative Literature.<\/li>\n
  5. Foster collaborations and MOUs with domestic and international departments of Comparative Literature, Bangla, English, and related fields.<\/li>\n
  6. Operate as a philanthropic foundation worldwide to support education, research, and publication in Comparative Literature for uplifting human condition.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • To create a sustainable institutional platform for Comparative Literature in Bangladesh that upholds and projects the richness of Bangla literature.<\/li>\n
    • To encourage comparative studies between Bangla literature and literatures of other regions (East\/West), particularly on gender, cultural identity, historical disparity.<\/li>\n
    • To generate high-quality scholarship, translation and critical editions that make Bangla literature accessible globally.<\/li>\n
    • To mentor emerging scholars and provide resources (grants, workshops, mentorship).<\/li>\n
